Finance

As part of our Medium Term Business Planning cycle we identify the resources required to deliver our objectives and these are reflected in our annual budget and financial business plan. The assumptions in our business plan are ‘stress tested’ using a range of scenarios which we might face as a business, based upon our risks.

Our focus continues on achieving efficiency and value for money when delivering our strategic objectives with efficiency being one of our values.
